In the spring of 2007 I started taking photographs of the landscape changing around me. This included a site at Cornell University in front of newly renovated Bailey Hall. The once barren parking lot transformed into a comfortable oasis in the middle of a busy campus over the course of the next 6 months. The photographic series covers the construction of the plaza over that time and an additional 2 years.
